SVLMP provides a unique workplace for our client as they continue to take over more real estate within their already large network in the Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. What is different here is the verticality of the buildings. It was a first for our client, to occupy eight levels of the high rises as opposed to the two to three story buildings or spaces that they have typically occupied thus far. The challenge put forth was to create a connected campus from the bottom to top and vice versa, to deliver a shift from the suburban office park to a community facing campus experience. The fusion of master plan, site works, and interior architecture expertise, produced a diversity of environs that has density, is connected, enriched by amenities, and harmonized by nature. The dynamic sense of place is experienced from the outside in and the inside out. Phase One was completed in June of 2017.
