Mixed-Use Master Plan
Class A Office, Hotel, Retail, Residential, Entertainment
Gross Building Area: 630,840 SM
Land Area: 59,355 SM
The project is a mixed-use development in the heart of Changsha’s new Central Business District and is comprised of 4 towers. Two landmark office towers create a gateway to the west side of the Xiang Jiang River (the Xiao Xiang Mid Road to the East side of the site), a live/work office tower establishes a presence along the site’s major pedestrian thoroughfare (the Cha Shan West Road to the South), and a residential towers are positioned in the most private portion of the site (the Northwest corner). A green belt landscape corridor divides the parcel into three zones, which are linked via a retail podium and connected by a central event space. This space intends to host a variety of events and integrates internal and external activities throughout the year.
Careful attention has also been paid to vehicular and pedestrian arrivals to the site, establishing a clear and efficient entry sequence and respecting those of adjacent sites. A sunken subway plaza along the West side of the site allows visitors to seamlessly enter into the project and transition from the West to East zones along one of the green belt corridors, which is punctuated with a vibrant array of food and beverage retail opportunities. The project was completed in 2020.
